1. Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Save My Cards. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens on your account.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the cards, images, and notes you upload. By marking a card as public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that card and its images to other users.
Private content (purchase price, sale price, fees, shipping, personal notes, storage location, account email) is never shown to other users.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload or post content that violates our Community Guidelines, including profanity, nudity, hate speech, harassment, illegal content, spam, or fraud.
4. Moderation
We use automated moderation and human review to keep the platform safe. We may hide, remove, or suspend content or accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed through our payments provider. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Free trial limits are described in-app and may change.
6. No financial advice
Estimated values shown in the app are user-entered or AI-generated estimates only — not appraisals or investment advice.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
